2. Posterior Urethral Valve Fulguration: Posterior urethral valves (PUV) are a congenital condition affecting the urethra in male infants. Fulguration, a minimally invasive procedure, involves the removal or ablation of these valves to restore proper urinary flow and prevent complications such as urinary tract infections and kidney damage.

3. Ureteric Reimplantation for Vesicoureteric Reflux (VUR) / Megaureter: Vesicoureteric reflux (VUR) and megaureter are conditions where urine flows backward from the bladder into the ureters, potentially leading to kidney damage and recurrent urinary tract infections. Ureteric reimplantation surgery involves repositioning and securing the ureter to prevent reflux, thereby preserving kidney function and reducing the risk of complications.
